Per Idaho Code TITLE 20 CHAPTER 6 (I.C. 20-607) we are able to bill for costs incurred to the facility for all inmates that are sentenced to serve time. The amount is $25.00 per day with a maximum of $500.00 per sentencing. We are also able to get reimbursed for medical treatment obtained while in the facility along with medications. If you do have medical insurance you will need to get that information to me as soon as possible.
This office will accept payment arrangements at your request. If you feel that you are indigent we have paperwork that you can fill out for determination.
